Good – Wear consistent with age and use. Minor fading. Some discoloration to velvet from use and wear, a small tear in gray leather piping (see detail images provided in this listing). Legs are in great shape and VERY comfortable! Some marks on backside of chairs. Overall ready to use – great looking.
