Guillerme et Chambron for Votre Maison, high sideboard, solid oak, France, 1960s. This characteristic cabinet in solid oak is designed by the French designer duo Jacques Chambron (1914-2001) and Robert Guillerme, (1913-1990). It features two sliding front doors as well as one pullout door on the right side that provides a whimsical hidden cabinet. The sliding doors are finished with geometric inlayed wood. The legs are very sculptural which is another trademark of the designer duo. The other quintessential element of this cabinet are the black and soft yellow ceramic tiles with different themes. Highly versatile piece with plenty of storage space.
