Vintage Pop Art Acrylic “Quaaludes” W/ Faux Pills Jar

$4,800.00

This is an incredible POP ART featuring a Quaalude label and floating jar of pills (not real). Certainly from an era gone by, this fun and whimsical art piece will be a conversation for all who remember the craze around Quaaludes in America. NOTE: Quaalude is the trade name for methaqualone. In 1965, William H. Rorer Pharmaceuticals introduced it to the medical community as a safe barbiturate.
